With our new Customer Portal, you can raise a ticket directly with us at the click of a button.

Simply click on the New Support Ticket link, fill out your issue and someone will get back to you as soon as they can as in the video below!

If you already an EMiR Customer and are logged into the portal, the requester details will be auto-filled and you won't need to complete the reCAPTCHA form.

You can also see all other tickets you've raised in the past (since we began using this system) and monitor their status!
