Before you report an error message in EMiR, there are a few things you should do.

  1. Take a screenshot of the error or note down the error code
  2. Try to recreate the error i.e. repeat your previous actions and see if it occurs again
  3. If it does, try to log out and back into EMiR
  4. Try the same actions again and see what happens
  5. If no error persists, then continue as usual - sometimes the system just needs a restart!
  6. If you get the error again then contact EMiR Support with the screenshot and error code
